As Edell Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (the “Company”), we care about the security of your personal data processed through the website, mobile app and services we offer under the Edell Biosense brand. This notice has been prepared to inform you, in our capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and responding to your quote, assessment and information requests,
- Carrying out sales, installation, warranty and after-sales services,
- Managing contract processes and providing support with financing/grant applications,
- Creating your mobile app account and providing the service,
- Carrying out information security processes and fulfilling legal obligations,
- Sending promotional and informational messages, where you have given explicit consent.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected by automated or partly automated means via the forms on the website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, the mobile app and on-farm meetings. Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest; for commercial electronic messages and analytics cookies, it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers providing installation and service, hosting and cloud service providers, banks (if you request this during a financing process) and authorised public bodies. Transfers to service providers located abroad are made in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's terms of service.
6. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods laid down in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Animal and farm data
Animal health and farm data collected from boluses and sensors belongs to the farm. This data is processed to provide the service; third parties such as veterinarians can only access it at the farm owner's invitation, and the invitation can be withdrawn at any time.
